Pub Date: October 1, 2006

Beautiful, level-headed Christina Bower has every reason to avoid Adrien Hunt. He is an earl while she is of common birth—he will never offer marriage. He is a man of intrigue, perhaps playing both sides in a most perilous game. Worst of all, the arrogant, lethally charming rogue revels in his reputation as libertine, unrepentant of the many bedchambers through which he’s romped and the many hearts he’s broken.
Yet the warmth of his breath on her cheek makes her knees weak—though Adrien would never admit that his pursuit of sensible, lovely Christina goes beyond mere desire alone. Does she dare submit to the irresistible devil’s practiced seductions? Does she dare enter Adrien’s dangerous world—and if she surrenders to it, will he only break her heart, too?

Yep, new! :D And i don't care if you hate JI GRRR, i love her books! Her last book, UNTIE MY HEART, was released 4 years ago. I heard she's also writing a trilogy. I'm just glad she's back. She's been sick, you know.

I love JI! LOL I've read SLEEPING BEAUTY and BEAST and really liked both.
So she's not sick anymore? I mean, what happened? Her site was down for a long time and no one's been updating it. I get it that she can't write at the time, but really a little info here and there would be nice. She just disappeared!

I've yet to read Judith Ivory but after Trollop's review of one of her books, I don't think I'll be touching her books. LOL But for Harlot, :P what book of JI should I read first to make me like her?

Actually, it's a reissue of her first book that was published by Zebra in the 80s. And she had some health problems that kept her from being able to sit at the computer for hours at a time. She has a duology coming out next year(Yay for us Ivory fans!). But I'm sort of meh about this one...I want something new.
