I am so excited Ms. Barnett is here!

I love Ms. Barnett because when I'm reading her books I get carried away and feel like I'm part of the story. My favorite of her books is Sentimental Journey, it was my first JB book and I couldn't put it down. I fell in love with all of the characters. I've passed it on to several other people!

Love you're answers. George Clooney *sigh* I love him too!

I can't wait to see the rest of your interview!

I love Jill. My favorite book of hers is Dreaming. I love Richard! And of course Hellion, LOL. Jill makes me laugh and cry at the same time, and her stories never fail to touch me.

Looking forward to the interview!

Grey's Anatomy - great show, good taste, Ms. Barnett!

I have Ms. Barnett's Bewitching and Wicked on a reccomendation from Miss Harlot. I have yet to read them because my TBR pile is so huge and I'm currently studying for a competition. I'm definitely going to read Bewitching first!

Linka, i looove BEWITCHING. :D It's my fave Barnett book. And please, call me Harlot. Miss Harlot.. *gosh* :P

JB's book always make me laugh. Then after a while, they'll make me cry--but a good cry, you know the one you have when a story really gets to you. I love her witty dialogues and her oh so delightful characters. Not to mention their pets! LOL

I too love Jill Barnett. Wicked is my favorite. JB has always been an autobuy author for me. It's been so long since her last book and she's sorely missed. Really glad she's back. :)

I love Jill Barnett's book because they take me out of my couch and bring me inside the pages. Suddenly, it's not me flipping pages. It's me riding a horse, making an ass about myself with a guy I have a crush with making him fall off his horse.

It's about me receiving a most exciting kiss from a guy who'd realized he couldn't possibly live without me.

That's what Jill Barnett's book does to me. I have all of her books, both in original publication and the re-release. Love it! I don't think I can get rid of her book...I'd always want to have my JB collection in hand.

Oh alright. I'm not joining. Don't want to be selfish. LOL. I would just like to say, for those who have yet to read Jill Barnett, also try her Wonderful, Wild, Wicked series. Really funny! :D

I haven't read any Ms. Barnett's books but I have heard from people (other than this site) that Bewitching is an excellent book and I should read it. Maybe that'll be the next book I pick up at the bookstore, unless of course I win this book and can start reading it right away! :)

Pick me!!!!! :)

Thanks for choosing my favorite author for your blog (and for the numerous reminders to come over here and read it). I really appreciate it. I think it was a good interview.

My sentimental favorite is Dreaming, but my favorite is Sentimental Journey.

I would say I love her because of the characters. Yes, the books are funny and quirky and unique, but I really loved those moments where the characters are real, generally the scenes where they're the lowest which probably says something about me. :) I love to see characters suffer for their happy ending.

I really liked The Days of Summer. California definitely played its own character. It's definitely different and had a lot of things going against it for me, but I ended up loving it. I also find the more I talk about it, the more I discover. It's just a book with a lot of layers and a little bit of everything. I love how nothing is wasted in a JB book. Everything has a purpose, every word is placed there for a reason.
