- Potter passes $400 million at world box-office. The new Harry Potter film generated an estimated $408 million at the worldwide box office after its second weekend.
- Cinderella Man jumps into the DVD ring. Also new: Dukes of Hazzard, The Fantastic Four, and season four of 24. -For those who have yet to see “Cinderella Man,” what are you waiting for? It’s a great movie. The plot is very engaging, the story riveting and entertaining, and the acting superb!
- The Bachelor goes to Paris. The Bachelor returns to ABC Jan. 9 at 10 p.m. -I thought they’d canceled this show...
- A drink a day drops obesity risk. A DRINK a day, MORE or less, was associated with a lower risk of becoming overweight or obese in a Mayo Clinic study. -I follow this advice religiously. I mean doctors know best, right? LOL
