How much is TMI?

For years now, I’ve been part of the WWW life. BBs, debates, blogs, chat rooms, etc. In all honesty, I’m not a frequent poster anywhere (not even here lately LOL) so that might be why I’ve yet to discuss my personal life in public forums with relative strangers. I find there’s something not quite right about adults washing their dirty laundry—so to speak—for all to see.

I’ve seen some weird revelations around the web, everything—from cheating to being cheated on, from having cancer to contracting venereal diseases, from being 50 and still a virgin, to having been raped/molested as a teen.

I’m so surprised by this. I’m by no means what you’d call a private person. Heck, I’ll talk about anything generic: fun, sex related, etc—but there’s no way I’m going to go to a public forum and let strangers know that “my husband has sex with farm animals and I cheat with the next door neighbor that’s an ex-con who raped little boys.”

Really, aren’t some things best discussed with family or friends? And if you have no friends and no family to discuss these problems with then you better take a long hard look at your life because there is something not right there.

I won’t even share small details like my name LOL. A lot of you know it because I’m not exactly hiding it. I’m just not going out of my way to make it public either. Information is power and when you give it away that power goes to someone else’s hand. Do you really want that?

I was over at Karen Scott’s the other day and my heart breaks for her. Some web nut is making fun of her for not being able to have children. I would have filed that under “generic” information seeing as so many people go through the same thing. Now I find myself wondering if nothing is “generic”, if actually, you shouldn’t share anything at all!

The WWW is full of crazy fucks and the last thing I want is one of them tracking me down and eating me for supper LOL.

Trollop, becareful of that woman she is a real nut job and her friends are worse.
Seems she has no life and cares to much what others think of her.
Would love to have that kind of time on my hands.
But I've got a life.

Tell Harlot I said hello and really miss her.

Angela Low

Also so nice to have you back.

I agree that attacking someone online is bad enough, but, to bring their infertility into it as well is fucktardom at its finest/worst. @@

I keep all my personal info WAY on the down low. Too many nutballs on the world wide web for my liking.

My husband like it because it keeps a separate bookmarks. Good thing he likes different setting, or Mozilla is toast!

Ugh...I noticed my Mozilla comment landed here. I have no idea how that happened.

Yes it's tragic that some people are mean enough to make fun of other people's life.
