I saw the new SATC movie trailer last week and loved it. I’m beginning to think that the movie might not be so bad, hideous wedding dress and all.

I saw the new SATC movie trailer last week and loved it. I’m beginning to think that the movie might not be so bad, hideous wedding dress and all.
Quick thoughts on the trailer:
- Did John James Preston—the hottie formerly known as BIG—jilt Carrie?
- Steve cheated? *gasp*
- Where is Smith?!?!
- How corny is that I-came-to-NY-to-fall-in-love J. Hudson line? *gag*
- Lurve all the bathing suits the girls are wearing. *g*
- This is only the trailer and Charlotte is already pissing me off. Why does she keep dressing like a 50’s housewife? That dress/hairdo in the pregnant shot made me want to poke out my eyeballs with a sharp pencil.
- The girls look fabulous. Me thinks about 70% of the film’s budget went to makeup and filter lenses for the cameras. They don’t look a day over 35; lucky bitches.

I love the new trailer! It has actually made me excited for the movie, which the previous little glimpse of a trailer failed to do.
I have to say, I have never understood why people think Big is hot...barf. They made it look like he skipped out on his wedding but I hope there's a reason. I can't believe Steve cheated, and I REALLY can't believe Smith is gone! He has to be or they would have shown him in the trailer!
I don't like Jennifer Hudson. I don't think she's that great of an actor or a singer (sorry to her fans...) so I hope her role is small.
So it looks like the children are older. Do we know how much time is supposed to have passed?
